Scott White

Scott is a REALTOR with a true love of Southern California and, more specifically, Orange County. Born in Pasadena, CA and raised in Newport Beach, he moved to South Orange County in 1988 when he and his wife purchased their first home in Aliso Viejo.

Scott’s Southern California roots run deep. His college education was from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. After his time at USC, he ventured into sales for the first time. He has criss-crossed Southern California hundreds of times in his career, only to be drawn back to the incredible beauty of Orange County.

In late 2004, Scott decided that his passion for the surrounding areas, coupled with his desire to assist people to better their lives through his level of service, his commitment and his integrity, led him to his best career choice; to become a REALTOR. Since then, he has assisted hundreds of families with the purchase or sale of their homes. Scott’s ability to truly grasp the needs and wants of his clients has led him to sales of every imaginable type of home on the market.

Besides holding a current California Department of Real Estate license, Scott holds an SFR designation (Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource) from the National Association of REALTORs. In 2008, he and Len Herman founded what is now the Len Herman Scott White Real Estate Group in Mission Viejo.

Scott and his wife of 25 years have 2 fantastic sons and a slightly insane Golden Retriever. He has been an active, contributing member of the community around Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel for more than 2 decades now.

My biography is short because I believe that the home buying or selling process should be about you, the client, and not about me. My desire is to sell homes, not boost my ego.  If you, or anyone you know, are looking for a REALTOR that cares about you, you need to call me right away.
